Seeing Eye Dogs Australia (SEDA) are longing for people who can care for and foster dogs at various stages of their training and for various lengths of time. Some roles require transportation of the dogs and you will be provided with training and all dog food and equipment. This is a richly rewarding opportunity to share a part of your life with a wonderful dog while also knowing that your efforts will enhance the life of someone who is blind or has low vision.
Kensington, VIC and various suburbs surrounding Melbourne. Ten volunteers are required on Weekdays 7am – 8:30pm and 3pm – 7pm.

If you like dogs and driving then we have a role that involves both. We are looking for volunteers who can commit to the daily transportation of dogs between their carers home and SEDA. Ideally we would like to have the one volunteer do the pickup in the morning and also do the return journey in the afternoon each weekday but if you can only commit to the mornings or the afternoons, then please let us know. You can use your own car or one can be provided.
Across Melbourne and Brisbane.
