Vision Australia’s Parramatta centre is set to undergo renovations, which will temporarily change how you can access the facility.
From Wednesday, February 21 until Monday, April 22 the Vision Store and reception area on the ground floor will be closed to the public.
Accessing Vision Store
From February 21 until April 22, you will be unable to purchase items from the Vision Store at Parramatta.
During this time, you can purchase items from the Vision Store online at shop.visionaustralia.org or via phone on 1300 84 74 66.
You can also shop in-person at our other Sydney Vision Store locations at:
- Ashfield - 224 Liverpool Rd, Ashfield
- Caringbah - 301 Kingsway, Caringbah NSW
- Epping - Suite 2A, Ground Floor, 3 Carlingford Road, Epping.

Appointments at Vision Australia Parramatta
Vision Australia Parramatta will remain open for client appointments.
If you need to attend an appointment at Parramatta, please take the lift from the ground floor lobby at 128 Marsden St to level seven and make yourself known to reception.
The lifts will operate from 8.30am-4pm Monday to Friday.
