A rare opportunity has become available to help shape the future of Vision Australia’s services - by becoming a volunteer member of our Client Reference Group.
We’re looking for a person over 65 years of age with lived experience of blindness or low vision to hold the Older Adults portfolio on the group. The appointment will be for a three year term, beginning late February 2018.
You will join a friendly, diverse and committed group of 13 volunteers who provide input and advice around the interests and needs of the blind and low vision community to the Vision Australia Board of Directors and Leadership Team.
Each Client Reference Group member has a community or topic area of interest that they provide advice or input on based on their lived experience, and the experience of people who are blind or have low vision in their networks.
